Hammered Silver Ring Workshop

Try you hand at jewellery making in this 3 hour beginner friendly workshop where you will learn traditional silversmithing techniques to create you very own handmade sterling silver ring textured with a hammered finish. See example photo. 

The workshop will run with 2 participants so if you are looking to book a single place, dates may be moved around. 

You will learn:

• Ring sizing 
• Sawing and filing techniques
• Metal forming 
• soldering 
• Texturing with a hammer
• Polishing 

Participants must be over the age of 18 years old, or of a competent age accompanied by a participating adult taking full responsibility for the young person.

Personal protective equipment will be provided.

Refreshments such as tea, coffee and soft drinks will be provided. Maybe even a biscuit or two!
