Silver Bangles Workshop

Create your own unique handmade Silver bangle in my quaint attic studio located in the heart of Stamford, Lincolnshire. 

The course is suitable for beginners and improvers, you will learn traditional silversmithing techniques and use a variety of specialised tools to create your own Sterling Silver bangle in the design of your choice, there are several designs to choose from - see sample photos plus more options to get creative with including textures and pattern or text stamping.

Your instructor will be me - Fiona, a certified Goldsmith and Teacher with more than 10 years of experience in the jewellery industry and 8 years in education. With a class size limited to two students, you'll receive ample guidance to guarantee a successful result. 

Skills that you will learn:

• Understanding and applying sizing information
• Selecting appropriate stock form material
• Metal forming techniques
• Soldering
• Metal textures & stamping techniques
• Filing, Grading, and polishing.

The course fee is £145, and it runs from 9.30am - 1.30pm Approximately. If it takes longer the course will finish when you have completed your bangle. The cost includes all materials and refreshment's.  Personal protective equipment will be provided on the day.

The course is scheduled for several days during the next two months; please choose your preferred date upon booking.  Alternative dates can be booked, on Mondays, Tuesdays and weekends. Please contact for availability.

Please note that there are two sets of stairs to access the workshop.

Due to the end of my current lease, after November 13th the workshops will be in my home studio in Carlby until I can find a new permanent work place in Stamford.
